Combining the latest in Scandinavian telecommunications technology and Global Positioning System technology, the V1 Surveillance Unit is an extremely small size and versatile location device that allows you to track vehicles or other high value mobile assets in almost real time. The V1 Surveillance Unit can be attached underneath a vehicle using the high power light weight magnets. Here it picks up reflected GPS signals and reports position information back to your Mobile Phone, PC, Google Maps or our Free web based world map using SMS messages or GPRS. The tracked position can be shown on a detailed Route66 street map or Microsoft Autoroute by inputting the coordinates. Battery operated, the V1 Surveillance Unit will typically operate 10-20 days in its lowest power mode. The unit has built in history recording function that records where the vehicle has been. This data can then be downloaded later for analysis.
